“Buyers” or “Students” are users who are purchasing the courses from the Course Creators on the website.
“Affiliates” are users who opt to promote or website.
“Credit” the ability of a customer to obtain goods or services before payment, based on the trust that payment will be made in the future.
We have made these definitions available for convenience only.

Sole discretion. We reserve the right to add/discontinue any service anytime at our sole discretion.
The use of services through DotcomLessons is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. Our services are currently offered to U.S. residents only.
Course Creators can register as a Teacher for free on our website.
Course Creators can upload the courses on our platform which are published subject to approval from our Admin.
Course Creator License
By uploading, transmitting, posting or otherwise making any Course available via our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence, without restriction to use, store, reproduce, edit, copy, exploit publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any such material that you forward to us and you unconditionally waive all moral rights. Any material you upload to our platform will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that your Course will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any course/material posted by you or any third party.
Commissions for Course Creators
The Course Creators shall receive 70% of commission on the course sales with the following conditions:
Course Creators must have a PayPal account to receive commission payment.
Course Creators will be paid on a monthly basis every following month on the 15th date unless weekend, other than next following Monday from that day.
Commissions for Affiliates
The users who desire to promote our website as affiliates shall receive commissions on the course sales and membership fees as a result of their marketing :
Affiliates must have a PayPal account to receive commission payment.
Affiliates will be paid on a monthly basis on the 15t of every month unless on a weekend where commission payments will be sent the following monday.
Affiliates must accept that payments in full must be received from buyers before their commissions can be distributed.
Buyer Monthly Payments
As a buyer on our website, you will receive a line of credit.
From your credit line you can make purchases which you can then make monthly payments.
The website keeps track of the payments made and reports your payment activity to the major credit Bureaus.
We reserve the right to add or change our payment methods at sole discretion anytime.
Course Creators choosing to remove their courses off the platform can not restrict or stop future sales generated from the Course.
The Course shall remain in the buyers account once it is purchased.
You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You may only use the Site and Services for your non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and limited personal use, and no other purposes.
You will not (and will not attempt to):
Access any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by DotcomLessons;
Gain unauthorized access to DotcomLessons’s computer system or engage in any activity that interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality or security of the Site, the Services, DotcomLessons’s networks, and computer systems;
Access any of the Site or the Services through any automated means or with any automated features or devices (including use of scripts or web crawlers);
Access or collect any personally identifiable information, including any names, email addresses or other such information for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial purposes;

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pennsylvania courts (County of Monroe) where Dotcom Lessons LLC is based in.
You may not use or engage with our website if you are under 18 years of age. By using or engaging with the website, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s applicable law to use and/or engage with the website.

DotcomLessons is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond DotcomLessons’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures.
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and DotcomLessons concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights therein. A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive DotcomLessons's right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.
Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective the date that you first access the Site and remains effective until it is terminated consistent with its terms. Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or terminations of your access to the Site. Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent. Upon termination, your right to use this Site shall be revoked.
